As an adult student at RNC, your time will be focussed on gaining the skills, confidence and training necessary to enhance your employment prospects. Our specialist team of staff do just that – assess your skills, promote employment and provide you with the opportunities you need to become ‘work ready’.

Tailored, flexible training

Each individual has a flexible and personalised training package, with an individual action plan and regular reviews, all with an employment and skills focus. You will also have access to, and support from, RNC’s specialist areas: Information Communication Technology (ICT), Assistive Technology, Independent Living Skills (ILS) and Mobility, and where needed, Braille – skills integral to the employment process.

From the moment you start at college you will be offered assistance and support with planning your transition from RNC into the job market.
