Disability Sports Conference - February 23rd 2012
An event to make a difference.........
On February 23, 2012, some of the UK's finest Paralympians will come together with the national press, sports clubs and charities, health experts and educationalists to explore the power, profile and future of disability sport, and the difference the London 2012 Paralympics will make.
We are delighted to invite you to join us at this special one-day free event which will include:
- A key note speech from Chris Holmes, MBE, LOCOG's Director of Paralympic Integration
- Three debates, led by the BBC's sports correspondent Amanda Davies, and international footballer and sports commentator Danny Mills. Our very special expert panels (more news to follow) will answer your questions about the key issues in the future disability sport.
- Workshops where you can meet Paralympians, and have a go at their sport
