| The IBSA World Blind Football Championships 2010 |
In August 2010 thePoint4, was the host venue for the IBSA World Blind Football Championship, which saw over 9,000 spectators gather to watch the largest disability football event ever hosted in the UK. During the championships England qualifed for the 2012 London Paralympics and finished in fourth place behind China, Spain and third time champions Brazil.
