Join in with fundraising events for RNC

For a day to remember please join us for our annual Charity Golf Tournament.

A wonderful opportunity for a round of golf with friends and a chance to win some fantastic prizes. This is followed by a 2 course carvery meal, an awards ceremony and an auction, proceeds go towards supporting people with sight loss.

Golfers are also challenged to a blindfolded tee-off! Giving a sense of what the world is like for a person with no sight and challenging each players own skills and balance!

Venue: Herefordshire Golf Club, Wormsley, Herefordshire
Price per player £30 or £120 a team. The tournament will be played to Stableford Rules and any team of four can enter, m/f or mixed.

Enjoy an evening at Eastnor Castle.

The evening has been organised by the Rotary Club of Ledbury as a fundraising event in aid of the Royal National College for the Blind.

Eastnor Castle in the Malvern Hills is the grand and beautiful setting for this event on Wednesday 16th May which includes canapés and champagne on arrival, dancing, casino, raffle and a charity auction.

Come and join the fun and help support people with sight loss.

Throughout the year schools, colleges, companies and friends decide to wear Bright for Sight for a day to help raise funds and to raise awareness of sight loss.

All you need to do is to pull out your brightest clothes and your most dazzling accessories, ask everyone else to do the same and ask them to make a donation to enter. We will support you with posters and flyers to help you to promote it to your colleagues, pupils or friends. All we ask is that when you send us the funds you have raised you also send us some photos of the winning outfits!

Contact us and let us know when you plan to have your day of fun and we will help you to make it a day to remember.

On Saturday 12th May 2012 around 20 people will be trekking over the most exhilarating landscape of the Black Mountains raising funds for RNC.

Each year the Herefordshire TA help us to organise a trek for some of our students and staff. Many TA members also come along to support those with sight loss over the difficult terrain.

This event has raised a fantastic £16,500 over the last few years! You can help by sponsoring those taking part - keep an eye out for details.
