Herefordshire business man and owner of Saxtys bar, Edward Symonds is also a keen golfer and has supported RNC’s annual Charity Golf Tournaments over the last four years by enlisting his friends to join him in a team, as well as donating generous prizes from Saxtys towards the auction and raffle, enabling RNC to raise as much funding as possible from the event.

“RNC’s golf tournaments are unique by asking each golfer to tee-off from one of the holes blindfolded! And after attempting it each year I am still no closer to claiming that prize. But it does really make you think about how it would feel to lose your sight” 

RNC's annual golf tournaments are an exciting opportunity for supporters to join in and help us to raise funds. Prizes are offered on competition holes around the course to challenge your game which is followed by a meal, an auction and a raffle and of course the unique blindfolded tee-off!
