Massage and Complemantary Therapies

Massage and holistic therapies are increasing in popularity as more and more people discover this highly effective form of relaxation.
By incorporating the use of touch to stimulate circulation and relax muscles, massage can be a great way to increase your energy, ease pain or discomfort, improve digestion, aid restful sleep and allow you that precious ‘me’ time.
thePoint4 is working in partnership with the massage and complementary therapy trainees at The Royal National College for the Blind to operate a professional clinic delivering a full range of holistic treatments such as Indian Head massage, onsite chair massage, full body massage and reflexology. A drop in sports clinic specialising in sports therapy for people with sports related injuries is also available. The general public as well as members of thePoint can benefit from this service.
There will also be a ‘walk in’ sports clinic each week where people with sports injuries can drop in for treatment.
The trainee of the Royal National College for The Blind will be undertaking these clinics and therefore a nominal fee of only £5.00 will be charged per session.
